Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded while in transit.
Returns & Exchanges
Products may be returned within 30 days of receiving the order. If there is any discrepancy, the delivery date shown in the tracking information will be used to determine eligibility.
To process a return or refund:
- Customers must provide their order number.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos and a description of the issue.
Once the claim is verified, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If your order arrives with missing or incorrect items, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will promptly reship the correct item(s) at no additional cost.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times vary by location. Orders typically arrive within 15–20 business days.
Each order includes a tracking number. Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information.
Customers must ensure the shipping address is accurate before completing their order. Any address corrections must be emailed to us within 24 hours of placing the order.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or shipping carriers once the order has left our warehouse.
Packages Marked as Delivered
If a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but the customer reports it was not received, the order will be considered delivered according to the carrier’s tracking confirmation.
In these cases:
- The customer must contact the shipping carrier directly to open an investigation or file a claim.
- Customers should check with neighbors, building management, mailrooms, or local postal offices.
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for packages marked as delivered unless shipping protection was purchased and the carrier confirms the package was lost prior to delivery.
Once a package is marked delivered, responsibility transfers to the recipient. This includes situations involving:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Mail theft
- Packages left unattended
- Delivery to shared mail areas or mailboxes
- Address forwarding or redirection
Shipping Protection
Shipping protection is an optional service that provides coverage if a shipment is lost in transit before being marked as delivered.
Once a package is confirmed delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. This includes cases involving incorrect addresses, address changes, mail forwarding, unattended delivery locations, or packages lost after delivery.
If shipping protection is selected and the carrier confirms a package was lost before delivery, we will issue a one-time replacement shipment at no additional cost.
Shipping protection does not cover refunds for orders marked as delivered.
We strongly recommend confirming a secure and accurate delivery address before placing your order.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
